Zoe helped me fix a problem between Shopify > AliExpress > DS'ers and the actual reseller/store. It was a mighty issue that needed a simple solution imo. However it just turned into a headache talking to all these channels that had to to their part. I had an issue with splitting a product into three separate listings because Shopify has a 100 SKU limit per product. I wasn’t sure how or where to make the split, but Aurora from DSers support stepped in and handled it for me quickly and efficiently. She made the process seamless and took the confusion out of it.
